Is that even a word? Well I guess today it's one of mine. I haven't been around much because I was in Calgary visiting family and friends. I left my kids at home with my wonderful husband and enjoyed my time away!
I did have time to meet up with my friend Julie! Here's a quick pic. Julie's as beautiful in person as she is online and I SO enjoyed our shopping and lunch. Thanks girlie!
While in Calgary I also visited a new to me cupcake boutique - Crave.
One word - YUMMY!! Yes, I just shouted at you. Sorry. Kind of. But these cupcakes were amazing and worth shouting over. My mom and I tried Nutty Over Chocolate (Chocolate cake swirled with a peanut butter cream icing) - absolute heaven for a chocolate & peanut butter lover like myself! And we also tried Lemon Lime Twist - really good, but no Nutty Over Chocolate. I can't wait to go back to Calgary to And finally, because tomorrow is Remembrance Day here in Canada (Veterans Day for you Americans) I'm sharing this video. Love this song!
