June Sketch For You to Try

Welcome to June's SFYTT!  I'm always so excited for a new sketch and this one is fabulous too (like all the rest!).  This month's sponsor is Stamping Bella and I was grateful for the opportunity to pull out some Bella stamps out of my stash that had never seen ink.  I used three new stamps!  Crazy!  But did it ever feel good!  I used King of the Wild Things and stamped him on Kraft papers and coloured him with copics.  The papers are all Jillibean Soup and I also added in a Scraplines Scallopy border on the bottom.

I finished off the inside as well, since I thought this sentiment went really well with the card.  It's called Today You are You sentiment.  I think I'm going to use this for my son as an end of year card.

Make sure you head over and check out what the rest of my sketch sisters have got in store for you!  We're sad to say goodbye to Sony for a while as she concentrates on school.  And make sure you give a warm welcome to my friend Joanne Basile - who is our amazingly talented guest designer this month.

2. This is for fun! Interpret the sketch as you wish and embellish as desired. There are no vendor restrictions, but we would love to see you use the sponsor’s stamps!
3. Each month we will have a Designer of the Month that will be chosen from past month’s participants.
4. Come and play with us on each and every sketch! On Christmas Day 2011 a prize package worth over $200 will be given away to one very lucky and loyal SFYTT stamper that participates in EVERY sketch for the year.
