I created this card based on this tutorial posted on SCS. I own the Stampin' Up tag punches and thought it was such an ingenious way to use them! I used metallic paper and glued the outlines of the tags to vellum. I layered two snowflakes on top of each other with a foam square between them for dimension. Although the look is beautiful - it's a lot of work! Definitely not something I'll be mass producing but a special card for someone special!
