MFT Teasers - Clearly Sentimental About Family

Welcome back to Day 3 of MFT Teasers for the September release.  Hope you're liking everything you've seen so far!  Today I have a card to share featuring this month's Clearly Sentimental set.  It's called Clearly Sentimental About Family and  I can tell that I'm going to get a lot of use out of this set.  The cool feature of this set is that the sentiments have spaces in them where the word "family" should go.  Then there are a couple different "family" words that can be stamped separately.  This means that you can stamp that one word in a different colour ink without having to selectively ink.  It's fast and makes for a great added something.

I put my sentiment in the new First Class Friend Die-namics and added the Simply Scallops Medium as well as a couple of Leafy Flourishes and the new Prima Donna Petals die.  Behind the sentiment I stamped the flourish from Own Your Story.  I actually inked it in Memento London Fog ink and then stamped it off once before I stamped it on my panel.  I stamped the word "family" twice, once in black ink, and then again in blue ink to make it stand out.  All the papers are from Authentique.

Here are the details about the upcoming release on September 6 at 10 PM EST:
  • The MFT release is on September 6 at 10 PM EST. You can attend the release party from 8-10 PM EST here in the forum for fun, games, and prizes! All the new sets and dies will be available September 6 at 10 PM EST.
