KKS Wonderful Wednesday - Hip, hip, hooray!

Welcome to another Wonderful Wednesday challenge and the last one for January!! And as always....it's ANYTHING GOES!!

Your submission must use at least one Kraftin' Kimmie Stamp but can be any theme, any style, any design and it can be a card, a scrapbook page, an altered item....you name it!! It must be a NEW creation and you can enter on the Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps blog until Tuesday, February 4th when the winner for January will be announced!! What do you think.....wanna WIN??

I pulled out the Hip, Hip Hooray set for my card.  We seem to have an abundance of birthday parties to attend these days, so I'm trying to replenish our stash of birthday cards.  I just love this set for quick, easy, but high impact cards.

Love is in the Air! And my 1000th post!

Well, welcome back for more fun and krafty challenges and much more with Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!  Hope you can play along as we've got yet another great challenge for you to share your mojo!

Hey, guess what?!  This is my 1000th post!  So hard to believe!  For this post I pulled out this super sweet set called Love Birds and made some clean and simple cards.  I stamped them on some Cryogen White cardstock and coloured them with my copics.  I love the shimmery look and feel of this cardstock - but my copics really bleed on it - so I don't tend to use it often.  I added some Doodlebug washi tape and a couple heart sprinkles and called it done!  These will be perfect for my kids teachers' to go along with a little valentine treat!

January 2014 Kraftin' Kimmie Release Hop!

We're so excited because it’s our JANUARY RELEASE Day at KRAFTIN' KIMMIE STAMPS!!  We’re celebrating with a KRAFTY HOP so grab yourself a cuppa joe, sit back and be prepared for some krafty eye kandy! We're going to inspire your creations with our fun, new stamps!

Over the last few days in our Krafty Peeks, we have shared lots of AMAZING new stamps from all our artists for our January release! We’ve got something for everyone!! We’ve got TWO sweet new FAIRYTALE sets featuring our favourite kiddos from Cheryl……ONCE UPON A TIME 3 and 4! There's an awesome new GIRL ADVENTURE set from artist Rachelle Anne Miller called DREAM BIG! Lastly, we are SO excited to share a SASSY new Moonlight Whispers stamp set....LET THE GOOD TIMES ROLL!

I've used Jasmine from the Once Upon a Time 3 set for my card today!  I paired her up with some Echo Park Sweet Girl papers and kept her in pretty traditional colours.  I kept my layout simple - just a flag element and some rhinestones for accent.

Krafty Peeks - Dream Big!

Welcome back to day FOUR of our JANUARY Kraftin' Kimmie Peeks!!!  We are SO thrilled to share the newest set of THREE images with matching sentiments from Rachelle! This fabulous new girl set is called DREAM BIG!!

I used the elephant image and coloured her up to match my MME Collectable papers.  I sponged the edges of all the layers - the layout is this week's Deconstructed sketch!  I cheated a bit by adding a sentiment - we'll call it creative license, k?  And I couldn't resist the animal print flower!

Krafty Peeks - Once Upon A Time 4!

Welcome back to day TWO of our JANUARY Kraftin' Kimmie Peeks!  Today we are excited to share ANOTHER super cute new set by artist Cheryl Alger!!  Here comes another one.....FAIRYTALES!  We are sharing samples today featuring.......ONCE UPON A TIME 4.

I coloured up Cinderella and matched her up to some older MME Valentine papers.  I gotta say - that I never colour my image without having first picked the papers - but I did with this one - and I think it turned out o.k.  I added some sparkle to her over skirt layer and her shoe with my Copic Spica pen. I also used a sparkly crystal button to mimic the shoe.

Welcome to day ONE of our JANUARY Kraftin' Kimmie Peeks!  Today we are excited to share TWO super cute new sets by artist Cheryl Alger!  You enjoyed last month's sets so much that we are continuing with a fabulous theme.....FAIRYTALES!  We are sharing samples today featuring.......ONCE UPON A TIME 3.  Come back tomorrow to see samples from Once Upon a Time 4!

I coloured up Rapunzel like she looked in the movie Tangled.  It's one of our favorite Disney movies!  I added some Sakura Stardust pen in her hair and used this week's Deconstructed Sketch.  The papers are My Mind's Eye and I added some ribbon and a felt flower topped with a sequin embellishment.  I sponged the edges of most of my layers with some Memento Dandelion ink.
