It's the first Saturday in August and that means it's time for a new Sketch For You to Try! Jen has another fabulous sketch for us and this month we're sponsored by Verve Stamps! I'm a big Verve fan! Love their Plain Janes and all their fabulous sentiment stamps. I chose to use the Words of Wisdom set for my card and paired it up with some MME Lost & Found papers. I sponged each layer, stitched almost every layer and made my own flower out of burlap. This isn't my usual style, but I'm happy with how it turned out! I also combined a whole bunch of Dare to Get Dirty challenges for this card - fun stuff!
Here's this month's sketch. I hope you'll play along with us!
You'll definitely want to hop over and see what the rest of my sketch sisters have cooked up for you - they're amazing!
