For the blocks I used Emily's tutorial from her blog - Stamping and Stuff.
I used Beate's weekend sketch challenge as my jumping off point for the card. I changed it just slightly when I used the scalloped circle in the corner instead of a square.

We actually got to see Chloe last night as it was her big brothers birthday party and my kids were invited. We had a blast playing at our local indoor play place. I made this card for the birthday boy - I used Beate's weekend sketch again - this time staying true to the sketch. The stamp set is My Favorite Things Dinomite and the paper is from the DCWV glitter stack.

I started by printing the 





It's just a container from the dollar store which I glued floral foam into. I covered the 4 sides with paper and ribbon and added some Prima flowers. Then I stuck the pencils in, some tip up, some eraser up, then used the leaves to cover the foam. I think it turned out pretty cute. It cost me about $4 to make. I'm planning to make another for Riley's kindergarten teacher.
