March 2014 Krafty Release Hope - Wanna Hang?

We're so excited! It’s our MARCH RELEASE Day at KRAFTIN' KIMMIE STAMPS and we’re celebrating with a KRAFTY HOP!! So grab yourself a cuppa joe, sit back and be prepared for some krafty eye kandy! We're going to inspire your creations with our fun, new stamps!

Over the last few days in our Krafty Peeks, we have shared lots of AMAZING new stamps from all our artists for our March release! We’ve got something for everyone!! We’ve got a very unique new SLOTH set from Thai called WANNA HANG? There's an awesome new a-MOO-zing new set from Cheryl called DOWN ON THE FARM 2! Lastly, we are SO excited to share a SASSY new Moonlight Whispers stamp set....SHOW STOPPERS!

I picked a stamp from the new "Wanna Hang" set, since I hadn't had a chance to get them inky yet.  I went for a clean and simple theme.  The tummy on this guy reminded me of a Care Bear (remember them?) so I went with it and I'm calling it "whimsical".  I stamped him on a kraft coloured card and coloured him up with my prismacolor pencils and blended with gamsol.  I added some washi tape and a couple of felt flowers and left it at that since the edges were already scalloped.

Krafty Peeks - Down on the Farm 2!

Welcome back to day THREE of our MARCH Kraftin' Kimmie Peeks!!! We are SO thrilled to share the newest set of THREE images with matching sentiments from CHERYL called DOWN ON THE FARM 2!!

This week our challenge hostess is TANGII!  And her challenge is ANYTHING GOES!! So create a card, scrapbook page or altered item with a Kraftin' Kimmie stamp with no restrictions! Use any sketch, any design, any embellishments because Anything Goes!  Have some krafty fun and join us this week because we'd LOVE to see your KKS designs. I picked this super cute Lucas image to use and pulled some Echo Park This & That papers out for a bit of a farm feel.  I stamped the sentiment right on my patterned paper and added some cork, felt, and epoxy flowers as well as some twine and a die cut star.  Isn't he cute?!

Krafty Peeks - Show Stoppers!

Welcome to Day TWO of the Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps MARCH previews!  We are back with a fabulous new Moonlight Whispers stamp set.  You'll love these two SASSY showgirls along with the FOUR fun sentiments!

Today we're thrilled to share with you.....SHOW STOPPERS!!  There are lots of amazing creations on today's hop featuring both new images and sentiments from the set. We know you are just going to LOVE these classy, sassy ladies and be inspired by all the fun designs!!

I paired my sassy girl with some Echo Park Head Over Heels papers and was lucky enough to find some feathers in my stash!  How perfect was that?!  I used a sentiment from the set and added a flower as well.
